Aviation Regulatory Programs Specialist
Employer: Greater Toronto Airports Authority
Role: You'll be responsible for the maintenance and support activities of the airport’s operating certification. Duties include creating submission packages for aeronautical information publications and for modification of standard/exemption requests to Transport Canada, conducting a weekly regulatory review and providing a weekly summary to the Aviation Regulatory Programs manager of regulatory changes that may impact Toronto Pearson.
Key requirements: These include a degree or diploma in airport management, aviation or another relevant program and at least three years of experience working with regulations in a highly regulated aviation operation environment.

Role: This role supports the general manager or assistant general manager and oversees day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring the restaurant is clean, staffed, safe and running efficiently.

Role: You'll be responsible for loading and unloading catering equipment and merchandise, ensuring on-time deliveries to aircraft while respecting airport safety, security, HACCP and galley procedures, among other duties.
Key requirements: A valid G driver's license and a clean driving record are some of the requirements. An air-side license (DA) and VOP security pass are assets.

Role: This position requires preparing menu items according to recipe and presentation standards while maintaining food safety, cleanliness and operational efficiency in a fast-paced airport environment, among other responsibilities.

PLACA / Stakeholder Coordinator
Employer: Pearson Accelerator Construction Team (PACT)
Role: You’ll support the coordination, tracking and facilitation of permits, licenses, approvals and agreements (PLAA) related to infrastructure and construction projects across the Pearson campus. You’ll liaison with GTAA operations, airport tenants and external agencies to ensure project compliance and minimal operational impact on live airport activities.
Key requirements: At least three years of experience in permitting, stakeholder coordination or construction administration within complex, operational environments (aviation environment preferred) and strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder groups are some of the requirements.

Role: Maintaining and analyzing costing and pricing documentation as well as making recommendations that will facilitate optimal pricing decisions are some of the responsibilities of this position.
Key requirements: You'll need a degree in a related operations field and at least three years of experience as a pricing or business analyst in the food or hospitality industry, and in food and beverage cost control, among other requirements.
