 Terminal Infrastructure Millwright

Employer: Greater Toronto Airports Authority

Role: You'll carry out preventative and corrective maintenance, emergency repairs and modifications to airport mechanical equipment such as passenger boarding bridges, storm water facilities and blast fences. You'll also fabricate (from blueprints and drawings) modifications to airport mechanical equipment, troubleshoot hydraulic systems and perform oxy-acetylene welding and arc welding, among other duties.

Key requirements: A valid Industrial Mechanic Millwright Certificate of Qualification (Ontario) and at least two years of experience as a licensed millwright in construction or industrial maintenance-related experience are some of the requisites.

Night Auditor (Part-time)

Employer: Spark by Hilton 

Role: This night work includes verifying and balancing daily charge for all departments to customer folios, master accounts and house accounts, running the computer through a nightly processing sequence and checking guests in and out of the hotel.

Key requirements: A previous role in the front office or night audit work and strong skills in data entry, analysis and communication are some of the requirements.

Restaurant Line Cook

Employer: SSP Canada

Role: You'll receive food orders, follow recipes in food preparation, handle, store and rotate stored products correctly, complete opening and closing procedures and prepare delicious dishes, among other tasks.

Key requirements: At least one year of food service experience, a food handlers permit and the ability to read, speak and understand English are included in the requirements.

Technology Delivery Director

Employer: Greater Toronto Airports Authority

Role: Responsibilities include providing enterprise-wide engineering leadership that turns product strategy into reliable, secure, cloud-first digital solutions and leading teams that define, integrate and deliver products across airport operations, digital experience, commercial and enterprise applications.

Key requirements: These include at least eight years of experience in technology delivery, architecture or engineering management in complex environments and at least seven years of experience leading people, including in multi-vendor programs.

Intern Design, Digital Mock-Up (DMU) manager, Structures Integration

Employer: Bombardier

Role: You'll manage the aircraft digital mock-up, validate this against the physical aircraft on the final assembly line and review structure and system installation conceptual layouts for the complete airframe on new and existing aircraft programs, among other tasks. During your internship, you'll also learn how to use CATIA, Enovia, NX and Teamcenter software.

Key requirements: These include familiarity with aerostructure design engineering, enrollment in a bachelors degree in mechanical/aerospace engineering and knowledge of, or strong interest in, aircraft structures and/or systems installation (such as configuration, preliminary sizing and design manufacturing).
