Food Service Manager

Employer: Compass Group Canada

Role: The airline lounge is a key part of the journey for many passengers. Overseeing daily food service operations, you’ll ensure they receive an exceptional experience. You’ll manage inventory and menus, maintain food safety standards, lead and train staff and address any customer issues that arise.  

Key requirements: Restaurant or hotel management experience, particularly in food and beverage operations. Strong knowledge of food preparation and safety. Experience in managing staff. You’ll also need to be available on a flexible schedule.

Maintenance Worker 

Employer: Spark by Hilton Toronto Airport

Role: You’ll play a vital role in helping the hotel create a warm and welcoming experience for guests by ensuring that its facilities and amenities are kept in excellent condition. You’ll perform a wide range of repairs and preventative maintenance work, including tasks like replacing ceiling tiles, clearing snow, updating the emergency plan and escorting property inspectors.

Key requirements: A high-school diploma, one to three years of building maintenance experience, painting and plastering experience and the ability to lift at least 50 pounds.


 Supplier Management Intern (Fall 2025)

Employer: Bombardier

Role: As a data scientist intern, you’ll work with large datasets to find useful information that helps with decision making. You’ll perform analysis, develop predictive models, improve transportation logistics and optimize inventory management.

Key requirements: Currently studying for a degree in data science and business analytics, computer science, math, statistics or a related field. You’ll have at least two years of experience developing and deploying machine learning models and a strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling and data analysis techniques.

Senior Representative, Commercial Activation (6-month term)

Employer: Greater Toronto Airports Authority

Role: A world-class airport requires a world-class retail and service offering. You’ll help make passengers’ time at Pearson memorable by identifying and developing new opportunities in areas like retail, fashion, health and beauty and travel trends. You’ll work with retail partners to make these a reality, carefully managing and tracking development projects to ensure they meet all necessary standards.  

Key requirements: A university or college degree or three-year diploma in business, retail or commercial property management or related field. Five years of experience in customer account service/relationship management and dealing with multiple stakeholders.

Foreign Exchange Teller

Employer: International Currency Exchange

Role: Money talks – and as a Foreign Exchange Teller, you’ll be the translator. You’ll buy and sell foreign currencies, provide money transfer services and sell company products, among other responsibilities.

Key requirements: Ability to quickly count and add large numbers and comfort working with large sums of cash. Verbal and written skills in English and French. Knowledge of banking procedures and anti-money laundering regulations.
