Role: SSP Group runs well-known food-service outlets at the airport, including Tim Hortons, Freshii, Boccone and Mill Street. You’ll help put a smile on passengers’ faces by leading service and kitchen teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You’ll be accountable for cost control and food quality, managing systems, displays and office functions and driving forecasting and budgeting.
Key requirements: You have at least two years of experience in restaurant or food service leadership (full-service with bar required), a high-school diploma, strong skills in point-of-sale systems and proven leadership with diverse teams and in unionized environments.

Senior Engineer for Stress Testing
Employer: Bombardier
Role: You’ll work with design, manufacturing and quality teams to resolve material and structural issues during production or in service. You’ll analyze stress reports, non-conformities and deviations and propose airworthiness solutions. You’ll also provide technical guidance and recommendations to the material review board.
Key requirements: Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering or related field, 10 years of aircraft structure stress analysis experience and proficiency in finite element method software.

Employer: PrimeFlight Aviation Services Canada
Role: Using specialized cleaning products and equipment, you’ll wash, wax and polish plane exteriors, ensuring they meet safety and aesthetic standards. Following strict protocols, you will work efficiently to minimize ground time while paying attention to detail. You’ll also conduct inspections for surface damage or wear and report your findings to leadership, among other responsibilities.
Key requirements: Must have good vision and be able to lift 70 pounds, stand and walk indoors and outdoors for prolonged periods, work at elevated heights and crawl and crouch (sometimes in confined spaces).
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Program Manager (15-month term)
Employer: Greater Toronto Airports Authority
Role: If you’re passionate about helping everyone reach their full potential at Pearson, this position could be for you. You’ll lead the development of DEI-focused learning and training modules with a specific lens on Indigenous and accessibility training. You’ll also provide DEI coaching to senior leaders, and you’ll assist in managing and maintaining DEI analytics and evaluation tools to highlight trends and opportunities.
Key requirements: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience, two years of DEI or human resources experience and demonstrated experience working in a customer centric environment.

Role: You’ll oversee various vocational training programs at the Fire and Emergency Services Training Institute, including maintaining course schedules, mentoring and leading part-time instructors and student mentors, planning training skill stations and setting up equipment and overseeing daily instruction of students.
