Role: This work ensures station compliance with local, federal and corporate regulations by conducting audits and managing documentation, among other duties. You'll serve as a liaison between station leadership and regulatory agencies to resolve discrepancies and maintain operational integrity.
Key requirements: These include at least two years of compliance regulations experience and completion of secondary school or the equivalent education level.

Government Agency Operations Manager
Employer: Greater Toronto Airports Authority
Role: You'll focus on improving the performance of the GTAA's government agency partners, ensuring excellence in standards, key terminal processes and seamless passenger flow through agency spaces. You'll also establish and maintain strong operational relationships with government agency teams while monitoring key performance indicators and service level agreements, along with other duties.
Key requirements: You'll need at least five years of experience in business or aviation management (or equivalent experience), at least three years of leadership experience (preferably managing direct reports and leading small teams) as well as deep knowledge of complex operations and regulations, among other skills.
