Site supervisor 

Employer: CMT Recruitment Solutions 

Role: This work for a general contractor will oversee an upcoming terminal scanning project in the secure area of the airport. The project involves coordinating trades, leading day-to-day site operations and ensuring strict adherence to airport security protocols and operational requirements. 

Key requirements: These include three to seven years of general contractor site supervisor experience and the abilities to obtain and maintain GTAA restricted area identity card clearance and to work within strict airport protocols and live operational settings.

Host/Hostess 

Employer: SSP 

Role: Greeting guests in a courteous and professional manner, escorting them to their table, maintaining organization and flow in the restaurant and assisting guests with children and special needs are some of the duties of this position.  

Key requirements: Six months of experience working in retail or food service, the ability to read, speak and understand English and basic math skills to operate a cash register are some of the requirements.

Labour relations manager 

Employer: Bombardier 

Role: You'll be responsible for the overall management, direction and operation of all labour relations for a site that employs 2,200 employees. You’ll ensure labour relations strategies and collective agreements are aligned with, and support, Bombardier's overall business goals. 

Key requirements: At least 10 years of experience in labour relations or human resources (ideally in a manufacturing environment), a bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, organizational development or a related field and a proven track record leading in areas like contract negotiations and interpretation, grievance administration and disputes resolution and tribunal experience, among other necessities.

Passenger service representative (8 month contract) 

Employer: Greater Toronto Airports Authority 

Role: You’ll answer public and passenger inquiries relating to the GTAA and airport operations and services, in-terminal paging (both audio and video) and perform the role of concierge to the public, providing recommendations on requests for restaurants, entertainment and transportation options. 

Key requirements: These include fluent oral and written English and French, experience in customer service and interacting with the public in large and individual settings and a post-secondary education with a preference in business administration, customer service and/or tourism/hospitality, or a combination of education, training and work experience.

Operations Administrator (Six month contract) 

Employer: CLS Catering Services 

Role: You’ll provide administrative support for the operations department, including performing general clerical work such as filing, updating logs and maintaining inventory reports, entering data, updating employee schedules and ensuring goods listed on issuing forms and other documents are accurately removed for the storeroom inventory on SAP MM, the company inventory and purchasing system. 

Key requirements: You’ll need at least one year of administrative experience, a post-secondary education or the equivalent knowledge of SAP MM and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and statutory holidays, among other qualifications.

Audit and Environmental Management System technician 

Employer: Greater Toronto Airports Authority 

Role: This position ensures environmental compliance and reliability at Pearson. You’ll participate in ISO 14001 Environmental Management System activities (including internal audits), document management awareness training and reporting on program targets; implement water and soil sampling programs and install, maintain and calibrate automatic samplers, among other duties.  

Key requirements: These include at least two years of environmental management experience and a minimum of two years of post-secondary education in a field related to the environment.
